And, most of all, you're craving a space to learn (and unlearn) alongside like-minded providers.
Why RDs Love This Course
"Being a part of the Anti-Diet RD course was extremely valuable to me. As a new(ish) RD starting my own private practice, I was able to discuss hard client cases with Heather and other non-diet professionals in a safe environment. The course helped me do a lot of important unlearning and I now feel much more confident in my counseling skills. I loved being able to discuss nuances of intuitive eating and how to hone in on my anti-diet messaging especially as it relates to the fitness/performance world which is often a tricky area to navigate. If you are new to anti-diet work, I highly recommend this course (even if you don’t see clients yet it would be useful to know this before starting)!"
Laura Farrell, RD Owner of Laura Farrell Nutrition LLC
"Heather has created a great Anti-Diet RD course that effectively balances personal development with weekly group support. For RDs who are new to anti-diet work or those who have been fighting the good fight for a while, I strongly recommend enrolling."
Todd Reinkemeyer, RDN, LDN
"I would recommend this course to anyone interested in diving deeper into how they can improve their own anti-diet/haes/weight-inclusive language and messages, particularly in hopes of dismantling the harmful effects of diet culture, weight stigma, and fat phobia. Heather did a wonderful job organizing the course and had clearly done her research in terms of her overall knowledge, and the material presented - to say nothing of her personable, positive, accessible professionalism which made the overall experience all the more enjoyable."
